== Frequently Asked Questions ==
1. Does the plugin work without a Simply.IN account? =
No. An active account and API keys are required. Visit https://merchant.simply.in.
2. Does it support my payment/delivery operator? =
Yes, it works with operators configured in WooCommerce.
3. Is the plugin compatible with WooCommerce blocks? =
Yes, it supports the Checkout Block. For full Block Checkout functionality (additional checkout fields), WooCommerce 8.9 or newer is required. On older WooCommerce versions the classic checkout works fully, but block checkout additional fields are inactive. A dismissable admin notice is displayed when block checkout is detected on a WooCommerce version older than 8.9.
4. How do I turn on diagnostic logging, and where do I read it? =
In WordPress admin open Simply.IN settings and tick "Enable diagnostic logging" in the separate "Diagnostic logging" box, then press its own save button. It is off by default, and saving it does not change your API key, environment or sync. When it is on, each payment request writes a few short entries at info level to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, source "simplyin-diagnostics". Each entry has an anonymous request ID, the request kind, a step name, the elapsed time and the HTTP status. Entries contain no customer, order or payment data and are never sent by email, including when you have an email log handler configured in WooCommerce. Turn it off again when you have what you need.
5. I turned diagnostic logging on but no entries appear. Why? =
Entries are written through WooCommerce's own logger, so they follow your WooCommerce logging settings. Nothing is written when WooCommerce logging is disabled, or when the WooCommerce log level threshold (the site setting or the WC_LOG_THRESHOLD constant) is above info. Diagnostics never change the WooCommerce log level or handlers. On WooCommerce versions without the newer log settings, entries go to the core file log.
